Welcome to our online store where you can pre-order most of our amazing brick oven breads, pastries, cookies and more.

Orders are available for pickup daily, from 9am to 5pm. Please select your pickup day at checkout.

At Pisgah Bakehouse we bake our brick oven breads and pastries daily. We use only organic flour (much of which is sourced locally from Carolina Ground), organic sugar, local organic eggs, and the freshest ingredients possible all the time. We make everything from scratch and it all takes time and lots of attention from our skilled bakers. As a result we need 2 days notice for all special orders. If you can’t give us 2 days notice then you are always welcome to stop in to see if we have what you are looking for!

Please note: all orders need to be in two days before pickup. For example, Wednesday's deadline would be midnight on Monday.
