Organic Brick Oven Breads
At the Pisgah Bakehouse we bake our breads daily in our brick oven using only organic flour (much of which is sourced from Carolina Ground in Hendersonville). Most of our breads are naturally leavened and all our breads go through a long cool fermentation process to maximize flavor and ease digestion.
