Pies and Quiches
Our pies are made with Carolina Ground whole wheat pastry crust that we make in house. We use only Henderson county apples for our popular apple pies. Our pumpkin pie features organic pumpkin. The honey-pecan pie uses local honey instead of the traditional corn syrup found in most recipes. All of our pies are 9” and are typically sliced into 8 slices. As always we use only organic sugar and flour, and local eggs in all of our pastries.
