Pisgah Bakehouse is a from scratch bakery/cafe open daily and offering handmade pastries, brick-oven breads, sandwiches, salads, wood-fired pizzas, soups and more. For dinner we add seasonal fresh pasta dishes and chef inspired entrees.
We also serve coffee and espresso featuring Asheville-based Cooperative Coffee Roasters, and local draft beer, cider, and wine.
In Brevard we are continuing our tradition of producing from scratch, seasonal, and local food and baked goods. At the core of the Bakehouse is our wood-fired brick oven, which we use to bake our sourdough breads and wood-fired pizzas.
We have created a casual cafe space close to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest for our customers to relax and enjoy great food with their friends. We are open daily and offer indoor and outdoor seating. Come fuel up before your day in the forest or refuel after your day of adventure.
